PURPOSE:To decrease the through-current without losing the speed performance by devising the constitution of the titled input circuit and the design of beta. CONSTITUTION:Sources of a conduction type MIS transistors (TRs) Q1, Q2, Q3 are connected to one terminal of a power supply and a drain of the TR Q1 is connected to a source of the TR Q2. Then a drain of the TR Q2 is connected to drains of the TR Q3 and an another conduction type MOS TR Q5, and gates of the TR Q4 and another conduction type TR Q6 and sources of the TRs Q5, Q6 are connected to the other terminal of the power supply. Then the drain of the TR Q4 is connected to the drain of the TR Q6 and the gate of the TR Q2. Moreover, the gates of the TRs Q1, Q3, Q5 are connected to the input terminal. The gain coefficient beta of the TRs, Q5. Q6 is selected larger, that of the TRs Q1, Q2 is selected medium and that of the TRs Q3, Q4 is selected smaller relatively preferably. |
