Clamping collar consisting of the association of a perforated metal strip 5, cut off to the desired length, and of a plate 3 surmounted by a casing 1 enclosing a worm 2. The plate 3 has two tabs 7 each one extending beyond the ends 8 of the casing 1, each of the tabs having an opening which can be traversed by the strip 5, one of the said openings comprising a finger 10 slightly bent back away from the casing and capable of penetrating one of the conventional perforations 11 of the strip 5 after the latter has been engaged in the said openings, successively from above the plate and then from below it. <IMAGE>
