PURPOSE:To enable the ignition action to be performed by an angular interval of 90 deg. with no necessity for using a signal generator, by providing an exciter coil, two capacitor discharging ignition circuits and two peak trigger circuits. CONSTITUTION:An exciter coil 6, which is provided in a four-pole flywheel magneto driven by an internal combustion engine, induces two-cycle voltage per one revolution of the engine. While the first and second capacitor discharging ignition circuits 11 and 12 and the first and second peak trigger circuits 13 and 14 are provided. Here the first peak trigger circuit 13 causes the first ignition circuit 11 to perform ignition action by triggering the first thyrister S11, thereafter the second peak trigger circuit 14, spacing an angular interval of 90 deg., causes the second ignition circuit 12 to perform ignition action by triggering the second thyristor S12. Accordingly, the ignition action can be performed in two cylinders by the angular interval of 90 deg..
