PURPOSE:To transfer a supply section of a second extruder by distributing and connecting a single connecting opening continuous to a discharge opening of a first extruder with a plurality of centripetal supply openings provided to the circumferential direction of cylinder of a second extruder. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of supply openings 29 are connected with a distribution channel 28 and the inside of a cylinder are provided centripetally in such a way that they are notched into an upper end 26 of a distribution sleeve 25 by a dimension roughly equal to the diameter of a connecting opening 21. Resin being half-molten by a first extruder is put from a connecting opening 21 into a distributor 28, distributed to whole of circumference and pushed from a plurality of dispersed supply openings 29 into the cylinder centripetally, and half- molten resin B protruding inward in the shape of small protrusions coming from each of supply openings 29 are collected with each of flights 31 of a screw shaft 30. By said process, resin pressure throughout whole area inside the distribution channel 28 is almost uniformed, and the quantity of resin blown in from each of supply channels 29 into the cylinder is equalized. |
