PURPOSE:To execute the energy-saving of a document control such as a handwritten document by sending image information from an image input device to an office automation equipment provided separately from an input/output terminal device and providing the connecting mechanism to send the printing information from this as the printing output at a main body case. CONSTITUTION:At a main body case, from this side, a paper roller 7 for a memo pad, an image scanner 8 which is an image input device, and a printer 9 which is an output device are arranged, and their cover and a cover 10 for a desk pad of memo writing are provided in a single body with a lower surface base 11 of the main body case 1. At the depth of the upper surface of the main body case, an electric power source switch 4 is provided and at the upper side surface, an exhaust paper port 5 of the printed paper are respectively provided. At the right side surface of the main body case, a small substrate 40 is provided which comes to be an input output port. One side of the connecting mechanism composed of a cable 41 and a connector 42 is connected to the office automation equipment such as a word processor, and other side is connected to the control substrate of the printer 9 and the control substrate of the image scanner 8 in the main body case.
