PURPOSE:To provide a home-use foot warmer where no fear of over turning of a pan or a cooking heater by a method wherein a fixed top plate having downwardly projected legs and used with its upper surface being exposed and a covering mat having a window therein to be removably arranged are provided and a bore for a cooking heater is made at a central part of the fixed top plate. CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 of a home-use foot warmer is comprises of a fixed top plate 2 and downwardly projected legs 3. A covering mat 4 is removably attached to the circumferential edges of the fixed top plate 2. A stepped part 11 is arranged at an inner circumference of a cooking heater bore 7, a cap 10 is mounted over the bore, the stepped part 11 is provided with an electric outlet 12 connected with a wiring 13 in the fixed top plate 2. If the cap 10 is installed in the cooking heater bore 7, a heating unit 9 is simultaneously energized. In order to fix the cooking heater 8 to the cooking heater bore 7, the cap 10 is pulled out, thereafter the main body 14 of the cooking heater is fitted into the bore 7 and a part of the main body is placed on the stepped part 11. Since the connection unit is arranged at a position corresponding to the outlet 12 at a side of the main body of the cooking heater 8, a placing of the heating unit automatically energizes the heating unit.
