PURPOSE:To compose a low withstanding voltage side drive control switching element by connecting a photodetector of a photocoupler with the control terminal of a switching element for oscillating. CONSTITUTION:A circuit to a control terminal to which a small voltage is originally applied is opened or closed by a photocoupler 16 by connecting the photodetector 18 of the photocoupler 16 with the control terminal of a switching element 8 for oscillating with an input power source side circuit 7. A diode 19 is connected in parallel with the photodetector 18 in reverse polarity to stop the continuation of a free-running oscillation due to the floating capacity of the photodetector 18 when the circuit to the control terminal is opened.
