PURPOSE:To constantly circulate viscous material during operation for preventing deterioration of its quality by providing a reservoir of viscous material inside a buffer system, and forming delivery passages for leading viscous material in the reservoir to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A buffer plate 23 is formed into a pulley shape with thick wall, and a ring-shaped reservoir 26 is formed around the periphery of a connecting axis 25. Said reservoir 26 is filled up with viscous material 30 such as viscous grease or the like, and a clearance between the buffer plate 23 and a casing 12 is also filled with the viscous material 30. Therefore, when the buffer plate 23 is revolved, shearing force is applied to the viscous material 30 in the clearance, so that a damper effect can be obtained. Said reservoir 26 is provided with a plurality of delivery passages 27 formed for communicating with the outside. And, the outer end of said delivery passages 27 is opened at a clearance between the reservoir 26 and the inner peripheral wall of a recess part 12a for fitting a buffer plate of the casing 12. When the buffer plate 23 is revolved, viscous material reaches the recess part 12a by its centrifugal force, through the delivery passages 27. Therefore, shortage of viscous material is supplemented, so that quality deterioration can be prevented. |
