PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a device and to simplify the device, and to perform stable and easy processes by supplying photographic processing liquid to a disk film in a cartridge after photography by utilizing the opening part that the cartridge has, and performing development. CONSTITUTION:A heating means set up on the side of an adapter 242 is turned on and the processing liquid in a cassette 243 fitted to the adapter 242 is heated to specific temperature; and then the development processing liquid is supplied to the disk film 20 in the cartridge 10, preferably, from its emulsion surface side through the opening part that the cartridge 10 has. The disk film 240 is rotated by a rotating means 230 during a coloring development process. When the disk film 20 is rotated in the cartridge 10, the emulsion surface of the disk film 20 is rubbed against an attachment member in the cartridge 10 or sponge, etc., set up at the lower end of the adapter 242 to shear the coloring developing liquid on the emulsion surface.
