发明名称 AUTOMATIC ULTRASONIC FLAW DETECTING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate nonconformity originating from the deflection of a structure and reduce the size of the structure, and to perform high-accuracy flaw detection by providing a noncontact sensor, a parallel iron plate, a digital bias adder, etc. CONSTITUTION:The weight of a running carriage 3 is added to the weight of H-shaped steel 2, which flexes. Further, the noncontact sensor 15 fitted to the reverse surface of the carriage 3 sends out an output signal corresponding to the interval to the parallel iron plate 16 for holding accurate parallelism based upon the ground during the run of the carriage 3. The carriage 3 during the run can corrects the deflection because a following device 8 is adjusted to height corresponding to the bias of the digital bias adder at any time. Further, the carriage is run on the sample 14 and the height of the device 8 is held constant to perform effective flaw detection over the entire area of the sample 14.
