摘要 PURPOSE:To execute a delicate position adjustment of a lens, and to execute an adjusting work with a high accuracy, by moving a lens by a deformation quantity of a piezoelectric element, when adjusting an optical axis position of the lens. CONSTITUTION:An objective lens 1 and 2 are contained in a lens holder 3, and a projecting line body 3b is formed on the inside peripheral surface of a lens holder 3. The lower face of the objective lens 1 abuts on the upper end edge part 3c of this projecting line body 3b and positioning in the axial direction is executed, and the upper face of the objective lens 2 abuts on the lower end edge part 3d and positioning in the axial direction is executed. In an assembly process, the objective lens 2 of the lower side is fixed in advance by an adhesive agent in the lens holder 3, but in case of this fixing work, an optical axis of the objective lens 2 and a shaft of the lens holder 3 are set so as to be held in a prescribed size error. Also, in an optical axis adjusting device of the lens, the objective lens 1 of the upper side is brought to position adjustment and fixed so as to coincide with the optical axis of the objective lens 2 of the lower side as much as possible.
