PURPOSE:To obtain the titled novel food rich in the flavors of vegetable, algae and fish paste product used as raw materials, by mixing completely crushed vegetable with marine algae to form a mixture giving a texture similar to UIRO (sweet rice jelly) by heating and adding the mixture to a fish paste product e.g. by squeezing. CONSTITUTION:Original shapes of vegetables and marine alga are obviated by means of crushing, etc., and kneaded in the presence of seasonings, etc., to obtain a pasty mixture. The mixture 1 composed mainly of vegetable and the mixture 2 composed mainly of marine algae are added to a fish paste product 3 such as a cake of pounded fish e.g. by squeezing in a conventional process for the production of a fish paste product and the resultant integrated product is heated to obtain the objective food. |
