PURPOSE:To eliminate the needs for the decision of a measurer an to attain the collection of data in a long period traveling test by deciding the abnormality of measured data in every measured item and changing a recording system according to whether the measured item is normal or abnormal. CONSTITUTION:The titled device takes each measured item signal from the measured detecting part 1 in a microcomputer 9 by an A/D transducer, and decides whether data are within a set point or not in a data abnormal detecting part 3. When the data is within the set point, a mean value calculation part 5 calculates the mean value, and when completed, allocates a code to data and store it to a RAM 61. When the data is not within the set value, a fetching signal from a converting part 2 is wholly stored into the RAM 61 by sticking a code. Immediately before the information in the RAM 61 is wholly used, a bubble control unit 72 functions and data in the RAM 61 are transferred to the bubble cassette memory 71. When ignition is turned off, the time of OFF is stored, the electric power source of the unit 72 is turned ON, the data of the RAM 61 are transferred to the memory 71, and stopping condition is obtained.
