PURPOSE:To improve the measuring efficiency, by attaching a standard sample on the sample room side surface of a shutter furnished at the sample introducing inlet. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 4 with an operating rod 4a is concurrently a standard sample furnishing table, and a sample introducing inlet 3 is closed or opened by the shutter 4. In order to operate the shutter 4 from the outside, the operating rod 4a is on the outside of an outer box 1, keeping the sample room airtight and the rod 4a slidable. The standard sample is always attached or immersed to the shutter 4, and when the shutter 4 shuts the introducing inlet 3, the standard sample is set spontaneously to the measuring position, an operating plate 4b attached to the operating rod 4a presses a limit switch 7, and the limit switch 7 outputs a signal to a data processor 8. The data processor 8 directs thereby the starting of calibration measurement and the data measured by a detector 5 is stored there.
