PURPOSE:An agricultural film having improved mechanical properties, freeze resistance, heat retaining properties and workability, slightly being broken, obtained by blending a vinyl chloride resin having relatively high average polymerization degree with a specific amount of specific inert solid fine particles and a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin having 1,500-2,500 average polymerization degree is blended with (B) 1-15pts.wt. inert solid fine particles having 0.5-10mu particle diameter and absorption at wavelength between 3-40mu, especially selected from especially aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, talc and silicon and (C) a plasticizer preferably di-n-octyl phthalate, di-2- ethylhexyl phthalate, etc., and, if necessary, an anti-fogging agent, antistatic agent, ultraviolet light absorber, etc., to give a composition, which is processed by a calendar molding machine, etc., to give the aimed agricultural film having 0.03-0.3mm thickness.
