PURPOSE:To eliminate the bridge construction of an adhesive and to perform the fitting of a magnetic head simply with good accuracy by covering an annular member on the pin which is planted on a head carriage as well as inserting it into the through hole formed on a head fitting plate and by fixing the space between the pin and through hole with adhesives. CONSTITUTION:A pin 72 is planted via an adhesive A on the upper face of a head carriage 42 in the fitting structure of the head fitting plate 45 on which a magnetic head 46 is fitted and the head carriage 42, and this pin 72 is inserted into the through hole 70 of the head fitting plate 45. An adhesive B is then flowed between the pin 72 and through hole 70, between a washer 80 and pin 72 and between the washer 80 and head fitting plate 45 by engaging the washer 80 on the upper part of the pin 72. In this case the bridge construction caused in the past is eliminated since the washer 80 is provided. In this way the magnetic head can be fitted accurately without the lifting of the head fitting plate 45 in hardening of the adhesive B. |
