PURPOSE:To attain quick interpolation and highly accurate processing by discriminating a program made into a fixed cycle and processing the discriminated program by a fixed cycle processing part and an interpolating device specialized for a fixed cycle. CONSTITUTION:When a processing program processing part 2 reads a fixed cycle program among processing programs 1 and a fixed cycle discriminating part 8 reads a fixed cycle instruction, the processing program processing part 2 interrupts its block-by-block processing of a normal processing program, and the fixed cycle discriminating part 8 transfers the fixed cycle program in a lump to the fixed cycle processing part 9. Based on the fixed cycle program, the fixed cycle processing part 9 converts data into data groups necessary for interpolation, and transfers said groups in a package to the interpolating device 10. Based on said data the interpolating device 10 executes interpolation processing.
