PURPOSE:To facilitate inclination adjusting work by only rotating a rotating body to change the contacting part between a slide member and its slope in the height direction of the rotating body and turning an optical pickup body with respect to a feed shaft to adjust the inclination of the optical pickup body to an optical disk. CONSTITUTION:When a line M connecting a rotation center 0 and a cone apex 20 is parallel with the direction of extension of a slide member 18, a contacting part 21 is in the middle in the height direction of a rotating body 15. When said line M crosses the direction of extension of the slide member 18 and the rotating body 15 is rotated in such a direction that the cone apex 20 approaches the slide member 18, the contacting part 21 approaches the cone apex 20. If the rotating body 15 is rotated in such a direction that the cone apex 20 goes away from the slide member 18, the contacting part 21 goes away from the cone apex 20, and the rotation position of the rotating body 15 is changed to move the contacting part 20 in the height direction. That is, an optical pickup body 1 is turned with respect to a feed shaft 2 to adjust the inclination of the optical pickup body 1 to the optical disk.
