EXAMPLE:(4'S,5'R,6'R)-4-[5'-hydroxy- 6'-(4'', 5''-dihydro-4''-methyl- 3''-methylene-3 H-2''-furanon-5''-yl)-1', 3'-dioxan-4-yl]-2, 6-piperidinedione. USE:Useful as a carcinostatic agent. PREPARATION:The objective compound of formula I can be produced by using the compound of formula II as a starting raw material, selectively introducing an OH-protecting group to the primary OH group, introducing a protecting group to the secondary OH group at 5-site on the 1, 3-dioxane ring of the resultant compound, removing the protecting group introduced in the 1st step from the compound of formula III obtained by the preceding step, oxidizing the primary OH group at the 6-site and reacting the produced compound of formula IV with the compound of formula V, etc.</p> |
