1,6-Naphthyridine derivatives, process for their preparation, and their use

Novel 1,6-naphthyridine derivatives of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which R<1> denotes an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl ring, R<2> denotes a straight-chain or branched alkyl group having up to 4 carbon atoms, R<3> denotes hydrogen, a straight-chain or branched alkyl group or an alkoxycarbonyl radical having up to 4 carbon atoms, R<4> denotes a straight-chain or branched alkyl group having up to 4 carbon atoms or an amino group and R<5> denotes a carboxyl group or an alkoxycarbonyl radical which contains up to 12 carbon atoms and optionally also an oxygen, sulphur or nitrogen atom, and, if appropriate, their pharmacologically acceptable salts are described. A process for the preparation of the compounds I and the use thereof in the control of vascular diseases is also described.
