PURPOSE:To better the stability and efficiency reducing the vibration energy less with a simple construction, by arranging opposed vibrating section in symmetry to use a piezo-electric element as exciting element and a vibration pickup. CONSTITUTION:The value of an axial force S applied to a vibration body 1 can be learned by measuring the oscillation frequency of an oscillation circuit with a frequency measuring apparatus 6. When a vibrating section 11 and link section 12 vibrate symmetrical to A-A axis, a fixed end of the body 1 on a base 2 is given no external force generated with the vibration of the vibrators as a reaction force R and a moment M generated at the joint of the vibrating section 11 and the link section 12 are equal in the opposite direction to each other to be cancelled completely at the link section 12 and thus, no energy is consummed outside the vibrator body 1. A better Q can be obtained by mounting piezo-electric elements 3 and 4 near the side of the link section 12. |
