PURPOSE:To relieve shock of rolled material and to prevent burning of bearing as always rotating the rollers by injecting compressed air from penetrated holes of distance-ring in ball-bearing to the ball-bearing through passage in inner part of pin of guide roller. CONSTITUTION:The guide rollers 10, 10 of a roller-type inducing guide apparatus is supported by the roller-pin 9 through the ball-bearings 20, 20 and the distance- ring 21 is inserted between both bearings 20. And, the penetrated holes 23, 23' at rotational direction of the roller 10 is arranged toward reverse direction alternately from inner face to outer circumference part of the distance-ring 21. Further, the passage of compressed air is arranged in the roller-pin 9 and its introducing gate 26 is opened at upper part of the pin 9 and an exhausting gate 27 is opened at small diameter part 22 and after injecting the compressed air introduced from the introducing gate 26 to the gap between the small diameter part 22 and the distance-ring 21, the compressed air is collided against a retainer of the bearing 20 through the penetrated holes 23, 23' to rotate the guide roller. |
