<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of software by outputting a coincidence detection signal when the writing in an EE (electric erasure writable) PROM is finished and allowing a CPU to inform the write end to the EEPROM. CONSTITUTION:The CPU 1 writes data to be written in the EEPROM 7 into a write register 6 and when an instruction to the ROM 7, a program counter 5 is advanced to execute the instruction read sequentially from a ROM 2. While the CPU 1 executes an instruction and the write in the ROM 7 is finished, the contents of the register 6 and the ROM 7 are coincident and the coincidence detection signal is outputted from a coincidence circuit 8. The signal applies interruption to the counter 5 and the CPU 1 can recognize the end of write in the ROM 7, then the access inhibition time to the ROM 7 is decreased to simplify the constitution of software.</p> |
