PURPOSE:To prevent a gap from developing between both edges of bonded areas and the edges of panels from breaking as well as to increase the efficiency of floor heating, by fitting an elastic packing to the side edge of a floor heating panel, and by allowing the elastic packing to elastically contact the edge of a wood floor panel in the bonded area of a floor heating panel and a wood floor panel. CONSTITUTION:Both edges can be bonded to each other without any gap between them by allowing the elastic packing 3 provided on the edge of a floor heating panel 2 to elastically contact the edge of a wood floor panel 5, in the bonded area of a floor heating panel 2 and a wood floor panel 5. If there is any error in arrangement in part of a floor heating panel 2 or of a wood floor panel 5 due to poor working accuracy, the error can be absorbed by the elasticity of an elastic packing 3, and there is no possibility of gaps to be produced between the floor heating panels 2 and the wood floor panels 5. The edge of a floor heating panel 2 can be prevented from breaking, because the elastic packing 3 is provided to the edge of a floor heating panel 2.
