PURPOSE:To eliminate operation trouble to a communication system due to the abnormality of a monitor and control unit by providing each of two communication system with a monitor and control means which has both a monitor and control function for the two respective communication systems and a mutual monitor and control function for the other communication systems. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter (A) 5 and a transmitter (B) 6 are monitored and controlled individually by an operation board 1 through a transmitter control unit (A) 3 and a transmitter control unit (B) 4. In an abnormal state, the switching of an output coaxial device 7 is controlled through a transmitter control unit in the opposite direction of the transmitter side corresponding to an alarm from the transmission side where the abnormal state occurs. Further, if the transmitter control unit (A) 3 itself or transmitter control unit (B) 6 itself is troubled, the occurrence of the trouble is detected by the normal-side transmitter control unit to control the output coaxial device through the transmitter control unit. |
