<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently recover the sensible heat possessed by high-temp. solid from said solid by cooling the high-temp. solid in a powder fluidized bed device disposed with a steam generator then cooling the same in a water tank disposed with a heat exchanger and generating steam. CONSTITUTION:A metallic strip coil 1 of a high temp. is put into the powder fluidized bed device P which contains powder 2 of alumina, etc. on a dispersion plate 3 in an outside wall 6 having a heat insulating construction and fluidizes the powder by circulating gas via a circulation duct 4 by a blower 4a to cool the coil and at the same time, the steam is generated by the steam generator 5 disposed in the fluidized bed. After the coil 1 is cooled to about 200 deg.C, the coil is immersed in water 10 in the water tank 9. The coil 8 is thereby cooled down to about 70 deg.C. The water supplied from a tank 13 by a pump 12 is heated with a heat exchanger 11 disposed in the tank 9 and is supplied to the generator 5.</p> |
