PURPOSE:To easily switch a fluid circuit, by providing a pair of valve members adapted to independently open and close a suction port circuit and a drain port circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pair of valve members 20 and 21 are provided in a valve accommodating portion 2 in opposed relation to each other. The valve member 20 on a suction port 11 side and the valve member 21 on a drain port 13 side are adapted to independently open and close a suction port circuit 14 and a drain port circuit 15, respectively. When a valve driving means is operated, a closed condition of the drain port circuit 15 by the valve member 21 on the drain port side is released, and a hydraulic oil having been already fed to a discharge port side is drained from the drain port circuit 15 to the drain port 13. On the other hand, the suction port circuit 14 is closed by the valve member 20 on the suction port side. Accordingly, the supply of the hydraulic oil under pressure to the discharge port side is stopped to thereby reduce the hydraulic pressure of the discharge port side.
