PURPOSE:To shorten time for repeating to take a round over all user programs, to shorten interval of execution of programs of higher priority and to heighten respondence to control by making a program that does not required high speed response an execution time restriction mode and setting timer time short. CONSTITUTION:An ordinary mode, an execution time restriction mode and an interval prescription mode are defined as kinds of user programs. When a user program is prepared, a comparison table of program number Np, kind of program and timer setting time is prepared in a system working memory 3 or a user program memory 6 at the same time. This inputting operation is made by a programming console 4. Timer setting is not necessary for the ordinary mode, and in the execution time restriction mode, maximum value of execution time of one time of relevant program is set by a timer, and in the interval prescription mode, minimum value of interval of execution is set by a timer. Operation control of these timers is made by a timer processor 5.
