PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of a partition board when it is subjected to exhaust gas of high temperature, by making the downstream end of the partition board apart from an upstream side. CONSTITUTION:A turbine casing 1 is divided into 2 portions by a partition board 2. The downstream end 2a of the partition board 2 is separated from an upstream portion 2b to form a gap 8. When the partition board 2 expands by being subjected to exhaust gas of high temperature, the expansion is absorbed by the gap 8. There is provided a guide member 12 having an inclined surface 11 which confronts an inclined edge 9 at the tip of the partition board 2 with a gap 10 between them. When the downstream end 2a of the partition board 2 is elongated due to the thermal expansion of the partition board 2, the guide member 12 causes the inclined edge 9 at the tip of the partition board 2 to abut against the inclined surface 11 of the guide member 12 so as to guide the tip of the partition board 2 to the direction apart from turbine blades.
