The pipe part external seal (9) connects the funnel to the filling hole so that the fluid level in the container can fill above the fluid outlet mouth (17) but below the filling hole, with the formation of an air cushion (19) in the container upper part. - This cushion permits continuous filling of fluid through the funnel. Any fluid remaining in the funnel after completely filling can, is released into the remaining space in the container after the seal has been broken.
