PURPOSE:To simplify a wiring by providing an external terminal, which feeds a voltage for terminal resistor to the outside through a package for electric element, in close contact to external terminals for signal input. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 4 for termination, which feeds a voltage for terminal resistor to the outside through a package 1 for electric element, is provided in close contact to a first signal input terminal 2 and a second signal input terminal 3. In a constitution like the above one, in the case of e.g. an emitter- coupled logic, -2V is fed to the terminal 4. First and second signal conductors 5 and 6 must be connected to the -2V through a terminal resistor of 50OMEGA, but the terminal 2 and the terminal 4 and the terminal 3 and the terminal 4 only have to be each connected with a first terminal resistor 7 and a second terminal resistor 8 because the terminal 4 is provided in close contact to the terminals 2 and 3. Thereby, a wiring which feeds the voltage for terminal resistor to all the terminal points becomes unnecessary, the wiring is simplified as much as a component of the wiring which becomes unnecessary and parts can be mounted at higher density. |
