PURPOSE:To debug software of a target system including a coprocessor by an emulator, by providing a connector to mount the coprocessor constituting the target system on a bus on which a microprocessor is mounted and which is controlled by the emulator. CONSTITUTION:In case of debugging of software of the target system, a coprocessor board 4 constituting the target system is connected to a bus 3 through a connector 5 after a printed circuit 1 on which the same main microprocessor MMP 2 as an MMP used in the target system is selected from plural printed circuits provided with busses for individual MMPs or the MMP 2 used in the target system is selected from plural MMPs and is connected to the common bus 3. Thus, a coprocessor 4 uses intervals of the operation of the MMP 2 to extract and correct a part or the whole of a program while performing the stand-alone operation to monitor the execution condition of the program. |
