<p>Method and apparatus for separating granular solids from the gas conveying same by means of the use of an eddying stream of mixture gas in a chamber, characterized in that: in addition to said mixture gas to be separated during its processing, another gas is injected separately into said chamber from its wall surface so that it is placed in contact with said eddying stream of the aforesaid mixture gas in the said chamber in order to prevent said granular solids adhering to an inner wall surface of said chamber, whilst encrustations of adhered granular solids are immediately removed.</p> |
