PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour for machining and secure sealing by removably installing a seat ring having an annular valve seat face on the outlet end part of a valve case and sticking an elastic seat liner on said valve seat face. CONSTITUTION:A valve 4 which can revolve around a spindle 3 is installed inside a valve case 2, while a seat ring 23 is screwed to a flange 11. A seat liner 30 of a rubber lining, etc. is stuck to the valve seat face 27 and the annular face 28 on the inner peripheral surface of a valve seat part 23a. Thereby, a difficult machining of forming a valve seat face on the inner peripheral surface of a valve case is not necessary, while obtaining a secure water sealing effect.
