PURPOSE:To start up or stop a magnetic head without rubbing on the surface of a magnetic disk by providing the first flat spring on which the magnetic head having a negative pressure type slider is fixed, the second flat spring bending toward the first flat spring side at the opposite side of the magnetic disk of the first flat spring, and a presser member. CONSTITUTION:In a state that the magnetic disk is rotated, a presser member 9 is moved in arrow head B direction with an external driving force, and is inserted within a hole 11, and the forefront part 9a is abutted with flat springs 6 and 7. And when the forefront part 9a is inserted in a cavity from two opened tip end parts of the flat springs 6 and 7, the two flat springs 6 and 7 are spread with each other in up and down, and tip end sides 6a and 7a are abutted with gimbals 1 at the back side of sliders 2, and the gimbals 1 are bent in up and down respectively, and as a result, the negative pressure type sliders 2 approach to the surfaces of the disk respectively, keeping positions in parallel with a magnetic disk 10. At such a time, when the slider 2 is set at a loading state, a shaft 8 is rotated in a reverse direction, and the presser member 9 returns in an arrow head C direction.
