FORCED TALKING CHANNEL SWITCHING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To relax the congestion of a signal line between a radio base station and an exchange station caused due to an undesired channel switching by instructing a forced talking channel switching from the exchange station to the radio base station and allowing the radio base station itself to select a mobile terminal equipment optimum to the channel switching. CONSTITUTION:A mobile terminal equipment 4 is connected to a public telephone network 5 via a radio base station 1 under the control of an exchange station 3 and a channel 35 is used in this case. When the exchange station 3 detects that the operating rate of the channel 35 with the radio base station 1 reaches a criterion or over, the exchange station 3 switches a forced talking channel to the remote processor 14 of the radio base station 1 and sends an instruction order (a). The radio base station 1 measures the talking level of the mobile terminal equipment and finds out a mobile terminal equipment having a talking level lower than the level instructed by the exchange station 3, then the talking channel of the mobile terminal equipment 4 is switched and a request order (b) is sent to the talking controller 32 of the exchange station 3. The exchange station 3 discriminates the talking enable when the mobile terminal equipment 4 is switched to the radio base station 2 and switches forcibly the channel from the channel 35 into the channel 36.
