<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture easily and efficiently a tube having uniform heat shrinkability, by orienting a double-layered film by a rolling method, and by fusing the film at prescribed intervals in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the orientation. CONSTITUTION:Two films 3 and 3' extruded from extruders 1 and 1' are layered and fused 51 at prescribed intervals in the width direction by a fusing device 5. Then, after crosslinked by a crosslinking device 6 as occasion calls, said films are oriented in the length direction by a pressure rolls 7 and cut by a cutter 8, and thus a heat-shrinkable tube 9 is manufactured. Since the orientation is conducted by the pressure rolls, a complicated processing apparatus and a temperature control can be dispensed with in the orientation, and the uniform heat shrinkability can be given to the tube.</p> |
