PURPOSE:To enable selection of delivery of a lowermost and an uppermost sheet, by a method wherein the automatic document feeding device of a duplicator having double duplicating function, is provided with a lowermost or an uppermost delivering means, an uppermost sheet separating means, and a means, switching the advancing direction of a document. CONSTITUTION:An automatic document feeding device 5 on a platen 3 of a duplicator 1 comprises a document tray 7, a separating feeding part 9, a conveying part 11, a turn-over discharge part 13, and containing tray 15, and a document can be automatically fed and discharged. The separating feeding part 9 comprises a lowermost sheet delivering sheet, e.g., a non-circular feed roller 19, an uppermost sheet delivery means, e.g., a kick roller 21, a lowermost separating means, e.g., a forward rotating and reversing separation roller 23, and a feed roller 31. Further,a means 33, switching the advancing direction of a document, is provided and the switching roller 33 has a roller 37 and a guide 39. The driving force of the separation roller 23 is transmitted to the roller 37 through a separation belt 43. |
