PURPOSE:To increase torque or thrust, and to reduce noises by using a specific frictional material as a contact section between an elastic vibrator and a sliding body. CONSTITUTION:Four or the multiple number of four of piezoelectric vibrators 2 are mounted to an elastic body ring 1 at regular intervals, and a sliding body 3 is brought into pressure-contact with the reverse surface of the elastic body ring 1 through a frictional material 4. The sliding body 3 has a shaft 5, and consists of aluminum in the same manner as the elastic body ring 1. The frictional material 4 is composed of a rubber containing carbon black 200-500PHR. |
