The regulating device is intended, on the one hand, to provide air of adequate hygienic quality in one and/or more rooms of a building via actuators, in accordance with criteria still to be determined. On the other hand, for reasons of energy saving, possibly material saving, only the absolutely necessary quantity of air is to be treated and/or heated.
