PURPOSE:To store internal data in an internal circuit at a high speed by storing the data by a write instruction signal that is received after the external data and the write instruction signal are sent to the inside and then storing again the data once stored with the signal obtained by converting the write instruction signal received later by an internal signal. CONSTITUTION:The output of a data transmission circuit 11 is inputted to the 1st memory circuit 12 and stored there. Then the output of the circuit 12 is inputted to the 2nd memory circuit 13 and stored there. In this case, the 1st and 2nd write pulse signals (d) and (e) are inputted to both circuits 12 and 13 respectively. The pulse signal (d) outputted from a write instruction transmission circuit 14 is inputted to a converting circuit 15 and converted into the 2nd write pulse signal (e) by an external signal (x). Thus the data stored in the circuit 13 are outputted to the internal circuit.
