<p>PURPOSE:To provide an incineration equipment not generating any black smoke by a method wherein an oxidation and reduction chamber filled with metallic oxide is arranged between a combustion chamber and a chimney or discharging gas pipe. CONSTITUTION:An oxidation and reduction chamber 4 is arranged at a part of a chimney 6 and a complete combustion is carried out by facilitating a contact between oxygen and soot. That is, the soot of incomplete combustion product is completely ignited and diminished. Hydrogen carbide is contacted with the metallic oxide to make a carbon dioxide as well as water and in turn the oxide is reduced to make a metal. The removed carbon becomes an oxidized carbon dioxide, the hydrogen becomes water, the oxide is reduced and made as a metal. Carbon mono-oxide becomes a carbon dioxide and the oxide material is reduced to make a metal. The reduced metal is easily oxidized within oxygen and reduced to an oxide, and an oxidation and reduction reaction is continuously performed. With such a chemical reaction as above, the soot is completely oxidized within the oxidation and reduction reaction chamber 4 and no generation of black soot is found.</p> |
