PURPOSE:To eliminate an idle time, by making processing baths detachable, providing transportation conveyers at the opposite sides of a processing machine and transporting a processing bath containing a processed workpiece from the processing machine to an unloader conveyer and a processing bath containing an unprocessed workpiece to a loader conveyer. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a main motor is reduced when a prescribed processing time has elapsed to stop turrets 4, 5 at a predetermined position. The processing baths 14a, 14b are released at a position for taking out the processing path. At the same time, a manipulator claw at the side of an unloader is closed for holding the processing bath and transporting it to the position of an unloader conveyer 57 where the processing bath is placed on the conveyer 57 to be transported to the next process. Next, the turrets 4, 5 are turned by 360 deg./S (S represents a number of processing axes) for releasing the processing bath. After releasing of the processing baths is effected S/2 times, a processing bath containing a processed workpiece comes to the side of the unloader and a processing bath receiving plate without a processing bath comes to the side of the loader and then the former releases the processing bath and the latter is charged with the processing bath containing an unprocessed workpiece. |
