AUTOMATIC CHANGER FOR SHIP OPERATION MODE

PURPOSE:To enable the reduction in energy and personnel, by retrieving a plurality of operation modes stored in an operation mode memory, in terms of the contents of an external state information accumulator, and by using an operation mode management unit to change the operation modes for each other. CONSTITUTION:The operation mode management unit 1 of an automatic changer 100 for operation modes retrieves a corresponding operation mode from the operation mode definition section 20 of an operation mode memory 2, in terms of in-ship machines 5 recorded in an external state information accumulator 3 and various kinds of information from a detection end 4. It is judged by an operation mode change definition section 20 in terms of the retrieved operation mode whether or not an old operation mode can be changed for a new one. When it is judged that the old operation mode can be changed for the new one, a control command is sent out to the in-ship machines 5 to operate a ship in the new operation mode. The selection and changing of the operation mode can thus be automatically performed instead of the captain of the ship to enable the reduction in energy and personnel.
