PURPOSE:To lower the vibration level in a low frequency band and to lower transmissibility by supporting a weight on a rubber elastic body to function as a dynamic damper. CONSTITUTION:A rubber vibration insulator 10 has a main body portion 3 formed by rubber elastic body with large damping for connecting between a car body 2 and a muffler 1. Upper and lower holes 4, 5 are formed at the center of the main body portion 3. A weight 6 is provided between the holes 4, 5, and both sides of the weight are supported by rubber elastic support portions 7, 8. The weight 6 functions as a dynamic damper to lower the transmissibility in high frequency band.
