<p>PURPOSE:To realize an accurate guidance of route corresponding to the current position of an actual mobile by eliminating the already passed points from the objects to be guided even if the mobile passed a scheduled point during the setting thereof. CONSTITUTION:A system controller 5 comprises an interface section 6, a CPU 7, a ROM 8, a nonvolatile memory section, and a RAM 9. Upon receiving a command for automatically setting a route data for a final destination, the controller 5 stores a newest data pointer representative of the location storing a newest passing point data received from a traveling track buffer in the RAM 9 and decides the newest passing point as a starting point. The controller 5 then searches a passing point automatically and calculates a plurality of route data. When an operator designates to select any one passing data group through an input unit 11, the selected route data is employed as a normal route data.</p> |
