PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having improved physical properties and excellent molding properties depending upon the aimed uses, by blending low-molecular-weight atactic polypropylene (APP for short) with high-molecular- weight APP at <= a softening temperature of the low-molecular-weight APP to give a blend and mixing the blend with low-molecular-weight APP melt. CONSTITUTION:In blending 75-90wt% a low-molecular-weight APP having <=0.1 intrinsic viscosity with 25-10wt% high-molecular-weight APP having >=0.5 intrinsic viscosity, the high-molecular-weight APP is premixed with 0.2-2 times as much the low-molecular-weight APP as the high-molecular-weight APP at <= softening temperature of the low-molecular-weight APP to give a mixture, which is added to the low-molecular-weight APP melted at >=150 deg.C and blended. A pressure type kneader is used as a blender and the blend is treated preferably at >=4kg/cm<2>G.
