A circuit arrangement with a drive motor, in particular a windscreen wiper motor is described, in which a switching element which can be operated in a specific rotary angle position triggers switching signals from which control signals are to be derived in a delayed fashion in a program generator for the purpose of switching on and off a further load. So that these control signals are triggered as exactly as possible at predetermined times even under different operating conditions, the delay times between the switching signal and the switch-on control signal and/or the pulse duration of this switch-on control signal are dependent on the rpm of the drive motor.
