A description is given of a carrier bushing for the elastic connection of elements which can pivot to a limited extent with respect to one another, having a carrier pipe and an elastomeric body which encloses the outer surface of the carrier pipe and carries one of the movable elements. In this arrangement, it is provided that, at at least one end region of the carrier pipe, there is located a non-cylindrical bearing surface which interacts, such that in the installed state it is positively locked against pivoting, with a support surface of the other of the elements to be connected, the axial extent of said bearing surface running substantially in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the carrier pipe.
