PURPOSE:To provide a hat exchanging panel of which partition is not exposed by inserting a T-shaped partition into a groove formed in the back panel before the bottom of the partition is fixed in the back panel and fixing a coupler which is equipped with an outlet and inlet across the partition at the side part of a hollow sheet. CONSTITUTION:A sealant 5 placed on the upper surface of a sheet 1 of a heat exchanging panel seals the periphery of the sheet 1. A path 2 is formed between one tip end of the partition 3 diving almost equally the panel inside and the sealant 5. A coupler 4 having a pair of outlet and inlet is attached to the other tip end of the partition 3 across partition 3. As the partition 3 is formed in T-shape and placed at the back surface of the sheet 1, the partition is not able to appear on the upper surface of the panel.
